For our next Bring Back BlackBerry meetup, we’re going back to where it all began… the birthplace of BlackBerry… Waterloo, Ontario, Canada!

Bring Back BlackBerry Podcast Episode 4
A new episode of the Bring Back BlackBerry podcast just went live on YouTube!
We named this one after the epic series from Michael Fisher (aka MrMobile aka Captain2Phones) called When Phones Were Fun.
In this episode we reflect on the inaugural Bring Back BlackBerry launch event held in Brooklyn, catch up on QWERTY things, explore some of MrMobile’s recent adventures in the world of intentional tech and get his take on what an ideal non-boring phone would look and function like if he had his druthers in 2026.
The episode begins with a hilarious surprise too… did somebody else already Bring Back BlackBerry? Are we done here?!

Change doesn’t happen overnight, but these last few months since this campaign kicked off have shown me that passion and action really can turn into a movement.
I think 2026 may just have some surprises for us BlackBerry fans.
